Shipping Policy

You can use the return an item sold and shipped by Terra-Play Adventure Tiles  within 14 days from the date of delivery, based on the terms and conditions policy set out below goods purchased may be returned for the following reasons:

– if the goods you purchased were delivered to you either: damaged, defective, not the one you ordered, or it does not conform to the sales contract.

Return & Exchange Policy

Once your return is received and inspected by our operations team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or to the original method of payment, within 14 days of approval of the refund. In case of any additional details required for processing the refund, our team will get in touch with a request for additional details for processing refunds.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
